The Shop

At Seaside Design we celebrate life by the sea in every way, from coastal inspired artwork and apparel, to home-wide projects to keep the beach near even when you're far. 

Located in Dennis Village on Cape Cod, the Seaside Design shop is a boutique that offers a curated collection of coastal inspired artwork, decor, jewelry, clothing, and gift items that will make you smile and feel good. 

Opened in 2018, the shop is the dream space of Designer Bridget Cahill where she shares her passion for home design and comfortable, joyful living. With a constant cycle of new and inspired local artisans, the shop is always flowing with new beach life pieces hand-picked by Bridget and her team, capturing the peaceful feeling of the ocean to bring into your home.

The Designers

Bridget Cahill, Owner/Designer

After growing up on the Cape and traveling the world, the seaside pulled Bridget back to Brewster where she designed her dream home and raised her kids. Motivated by her experience, Bridget secured her contractor's license and began helping others' visions come to life. Inspired by her life on the Cape, Bridget developed Seaside Design to reflect the simple joys of living by the sea. With 30 years of design and contract experience, she is adept at creating relaxing and refined spaces on Cape Cod. 

Her focus on personalizing functional spaces like kitchens and bathrooms let her hone her craft and develop a knack for getting every little detail just right. Constantly inspired by her life on the Cape and her work as a designer, her enthusiasm grew beyond individual homes. With the goal of sharing her spark with residents of the Cape and beyond, she was inspired to expand Seaside Design Studio, and open the doors to the Seaside Design Shop.

Lily Hammond, Associate Designer

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Lily has always been inspired by the ocean, the rich history, and the natural beauty of the area. After graduating from Bridgewater State University with her degree in Fine Art, Lily enrolled in the Rhode Island School of Design for further certification and training in Interior Design. 

At Seaside Design, Lily brings a sense of design that is warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant. Her eye for appreciating the unique elements of every home, and the potential for every project fuels her passion for creating the perfect space. Always looking to blend functionality with beauty, she works closely with her clients to reflect their genuine style and improve their everyday living. 

Lily is also the curator of the vintage decor brand Wrapped in Burlap, which can be found at local trade shows and pop ups across Cape Cod and Massachusetts.
